DAILY CARE & MAINTENANCE
Carpet is a notoriously low-maintenance flooring option. Simply by vacuuming your carpet regularly, you can ensure that it looks great and functions well over time. We also recommend placing entry mats at your doors and encouraging guests to remove their shoes before walking on your carpet.
Some carpets offer additional stain and soil resistance, but all carpets require regular care and maintenance to continue to look great and function well.
Dealing with carpet spills & stains
Spills are not the end of your carpet flooring, so long as you act fast. When and if a spill occurs, rinse the mess thoroughly with water and blot it dry. It's a simple process and one that we recommend.
We recommend first blotting the substance with clean cloth, before using another cloth and a manufacturer-approved substance to blot away at the spill from the outside to the center.
You will want to reference the manufacturer's warranty for specific care requirements.
